Production Details

Applications of high pressure container and gas cylinder prepared by light composite material are turning recently wider. Those containers and cylinders who use aluminum alloy as inner liner and interwist-coated by high strength fiber composites, own the superior properties of light, anti-leakage, and pressure-proof. So our company use the new technology, e.g., numeric control rotary extrusion and binding-off, to prepare the aluminum alloy liner with uniformity in wall thickness and the size between the shoulder and bottom of the liner. The inner and outer surface is smooth and uniform after special oxidation treatment.
